Terms and Conditions of Service
Effective date: 3/16/2025
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup day as we will be cleaning up the yard the next service day), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets being housed, and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible notifying you, and for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

Dogs must be secured in a location that is not being serviced while yard is being serviced. This is for the safety and security of both your pets and us. If your dog escapes due to improper securement, we are not responsible nor liable. We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.

Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. Fees and Promotions include additional services, and promotional sales or discounts. We are not obligated to notify you of any promotional or fee change.
Rates may change in the future. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified if our rates change at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days of service end date.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
